A successful workshop is not necessarily one where we laughed a lot, where the atmosphere was nice, where human relations were easy and where we had a good time. For me, a successful workshop is a useful workshop, a space where we learned, unlearned and relearned things, no matter what. There's no hierarchy between theoretical, practical, technical or methodological workshops, just as there's no hierarchy between lexical knowledge or personal experience. They're just different entry points, without one being more valuable than the other. The question is not what you learn at a workshop, but how, and the role of a teacher (Unlearning Facilitator) is not to transmit something, but to invent a framework, to choreograph a context, that encourages individual initiative, responsibility and independence. A useful workshop is one where we make progress in relation to ourselves, without being compared or judged. Where we're encouraged and respected, where we can move forward and grow, developing at our own pace. You have to be open to realize that sometimes the teaching will come from elsewhere, sometimes the lesson won't be where you expect it to be.

Author"Born in Budapest (Hungary), in 1983, and graduated from the ENSAPC Art School (France) in 2016, I am working with art as a means of connection and with education as a means of activism. I am making full evening pieces and short-format performances, holding multi-sensorial political soft-spaces, creating immersive choreographic experiences, and building rebellious communities. In the past 8 years, I dreamed up the School of Disobedience, founded an artist collective then my own performance art company (Gray Box), launched an annual festival (Wildflowers), exhibited in a toilet, performed in a boxing ring, curated in an elevator, gave lectures in a techno club, run classes in a hammam... I like everything that is unusual, unexpected, and nonconformist. I am not kind with assholes and learned how to follow my own path. I think the party is outside the canon." Archives
