In the first phase, you will embark on a six-month (from 2024 November to 2025 April) online journey where you'll receive individualized guidance through monthly meetings. This phase is dedicated to helping you launch your own practices in your local city. You will learn to organize events and hold spaces, laying the groundwork for your facilitation skills.

The second phase brings you to Budapest for an immersive experience from 2025 May 5-30. During these three weeks of intensive studio work, you will refine your facilitation techniques and deepen your practical knowledge. This hands-on training is followed by a week of remote learning, allowing you to integrate your experiences and prepare for the final phase.

The final phase is your opportunity to put everything you’ve learned into practice. Over three days at the Napmajor Arts & Healing Farm, you will organize and execute your retreat. This serves as your final assessment, with all income generated going directly to you. Successfully completing this retreat earns you a certificate, marking your achievement and readiness to step into the world as a qualified facilitator.

- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will have a video call with the founder of the school. This is an excellent opportunity to present yourself, your professional projects, and your career objectives.
- Creative Exercise: Shortlisted candidates will respond to a creative prompt in either Performance or Creative Writing. They will have one week to submit their proposition. This exercise offers a beautiful opportunity to engage with our learning materials and pedagogic tools in a hands-on experience.
- Final Selection: Candidates will receive a decision within 2 weeks after submission.
