about
There is always something to let go: a bad habit, a disappointment, memories and traumas, a toxic relationship, an unsatisfying job, a bad mindset, a negative thought process, the past, old resentments, hurts, regrets and sufferings…
On the first day, on both a physical, spiritual and conscious level, we will close stories, release something that no longer serves us, that limits us, binds us, closes us, does not support us, does not lift us up, and does not move us forward any more.
On the second day we will honor the transition in our life, open doors, step forward, and embrace the new. We will search for what is the most true and most right for us, learn to listen to our essential self beneath. Focus on our future, hope, and dream, look forward to tomorrow with trust, confidence and serenity.
