CONFIDENCE & self-Defense

JUNE 16-19
TRAINING CAMP
Apply Now

about

In this camp, you will learn:
  • How to defend yourself verbally and physically.
  • How to set and maintain your boundaries.
  • How to motivate yourself and stop self-sabotaging.
  • How to raise your voice and stand up for yourself.

Through the exploration of our physical limits, emotional and mental boundaries, we will learn the difference between acceptable and unacceptable, how to say "no" firmly, and how to ask for "help".  We will work on perseverance and motivation, recognize self-sabotaging habits and identify root causes.
Through discussions (based on readings, life experience, self-examination) and practical application (movement & physical exercises, self-defense, play fighting...) you will be introduced to a series of topics, such as "Confidence", "Trust", "Anger", "Fear", "Non-Violence / Violence", etc.
We will regularly do e
ye gazing exercises to make our gaze stronger and deeper, and not to look away.  Following an introduction to basic self-defense techniques and a regular practice of "play fighting" , we will discover our power and challenge our strength, develop self-confidence, increase our mental awareness and physical resistance.

Unlike any rule-based sport or technique-based dance style, this inclusive method is built on everyday movements. It is adapted to every type of body, and doesn't require any experience or specific knowledge.
