You can make the work, but struggle to make it exist beyond the studio.
Your projects depend too much on grants, invitations, open calls, or institutional selection.
Your work exists, but does not circulate enough or reach the people you want it to reach.
You don’t yet know how to create formats, proposals, income, or opportunities around your practice.
You want to become more capable of initiating and sustaining your work without waiting for someone else to make it possible.
We don't teach you how to become a better applicant. We develop your capacity to initiate, circulate, and build the conditions your practice needs to continue. You will work with:
Formats
Audiences
Positioning
Circulation
Money
Distribution
Autonomy
Condition-building level 1 - online
Build the structures your practice needs. You don’t struggle to make work. You struggle to make it exist.
This online program helps you build formats, audiences, positioning, prices, circulation and income around the practice you already have, without reshaping the work to fit a market, a grant or somebody else’s expectations.
The aim is to create your own financial and structural alternatives: several ways for the same practice to exist, reach people and generate resources.
Level 1 gives you the foundations to depend less exclusively on someone else’s yes or no, and start building conditions that belong to your work.
You have the foundations. Now make them real. This is not a beginner program. You arrive with a format, audience, positioning and economic logic already defined, either through Level 1 or through your own previous work.
During a 10-day residency in Budapest, you build, test, communicate, price, pilot and launch what you have designed. You work with real people, real deadlines, first partners, first audiences and first responses.
Level 2 is where the material leaves the notebook and enters the world. You leave with a working structure already in motion.
Some questions do not need another course. They need a precise outside eye. Our one-to-one online mentorship starts from where your practice is now and works on what it needs next.
You can focus on:
Artistic identity
Your language, method, aesthetics, recurring questions and direction.
Feedback on the work
A specific performance, text, workshop, research project, solo or artistic format.
Conditions & sustainability
Money, rhythm, production, opportunities, visibility and long-term continuity.
